Insonnia (insonnia)<br \/>\n<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Insonnia<\/strong> \u00e8 il disturbo del sonno pi\u00f9 comune ed \u00e8 caratterizzato da problemi di addormentamento, sonno prolungato o risveglio precoce senza riuscire a riaddormentarsi.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Cause<\/strong>Stress, ansia, depressione, orari di lavoro irregolari o condizioni di sonno precarie.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Impatto<\/strong>Stanchezza, irritabilit\u00e0, diminuzione della concentrazione e aumento del rischio di problemi di salute come le malattie cardiache.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Trattamento<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Migliorare le abitudini del sonno (igiene del sonno).<\/li>\n<li>Terapia cognitivo-comportamentale per l'insonnia (CBT-I).<\/li>\n<li>Possibile uso a breve termine di farmaci per il sonno.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2.
